Refund Policy
(Please note, ALL SALE goods are non-returnable)

1. RETURNS
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 14 days of receiving the item/s.

Please note the delivery charge and return cost is non refundable.

All products must be returned in its original unused condition.

Any garments returned with make up stains/marks will not be refunded or exchanged including perfume and deodorant.

We may refuse to provide a refund where products are not returned in its unused state. This does not affect your statutory right as a consumer.

All lingerie items are non-returnable i.e. swimwear, thongs, briefs & bodysuits for hygiene reasons.

Pierced jewellery is also non-returnable.

Please note, if you return an item outside of the 14 days, we cannot refund you for the returned item. We are also not able to send it back to you. So please check the date before sending the item back.

Items must be returned at the customer's expense.

You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Rachels Boutique. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

We reserve the right not to refund if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy.

Please note that any items purchased with a 25% or more discount code or any items in the sale section are considered final sale and will not be accepted for return unless faulty.

2. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
If you wish to return a product, please follow the steps set out below.
To apply for a refund, please initially message us via our contact page. Please quote your order number and reason for return. Goods returned without this information may not be processed.

We will then send you the return address in which you will need to send the item to.

Post the item back to us. At present we do not offer pre-paid postal returns therefore the cost of the return is borne by you. We strongly recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep your proof of postage.

Keep your proof of postage safe until the return is processed.

All returns MUST be sent to the returns address provided, any returns sent back directly to a supplier will NOT be refunded.
It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return. Once we are in receipt of the item(s) we will inspect and process the refund within 14 working days of receiving the returned product. We will issue the refund as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition. We will refund the money to the payment method originally used to pay for the item (debit card, Paypal etc).
All goods will be inspected upon return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you and no refund will be given.
​Products returned by you because of a fault will be examined and if found to be defective will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you. In the event that we do not receive the returned goods, we will ask you to provide the proof of postage from the Post Office. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the proof of postage.

3. EXCHANGES
We only offer exchanges in the form of a credit code, once the item has been received back at the boutique, we will email you your credit code. Please email us via the contact section if you require an exchange. The customer may only exchange a product once & exchanges will only be sent out once the original item is returned & received. Once the item has been exchanged the item then becomes non-refundable or returnable

Current delivery rates are as follows:
UK Standard delivery (3-5 working days) - £3.99
UK FAST delivery (1-2 working days Monday to Friday) – £5.00
Europe (up to 10 working days) - £8.00
Ireland (up to 7 working days) - £6.00
USA and Canada (up to 14 working days) - £14.00
Rest Of The World (up to 10 working days - £11.00

IMPORTANT -
The time estimates for delivery time are usually correct for 99% of deliveries, However we have no control over any postal service. Therefore, deliveries for International customers may see an increased delay to their deliveries due to the postal service & customs that each individual country has in place.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Europe – estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days.
USA and Canada – estimated delivery time is 7-14 working days
Once the delivery has reached the destination country, any customs or import duties are the recipient’s responsibility. Please check your local Customs Office for more information.
If you would like a refund, you have 21 days of the date shown on the dispatch note to return your item.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ORDERS

If we are unable to supply you with an item or your item is out of stock, you will receive a 'cancelled order' email. If you have already paid for the Items, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible.

All orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Please note Rachels Boutique stocks products from several leading suppliers/shops, this may mean some orders with more than one item may come in separate packages. If you only receive part of your order then please be patient and wait until the maximum delivery period has been exceeded before contacting us.

You must provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes not only the address that your order is going to but also the name of the recipient. We cannot be liable for delivery of your order to the wrong address or the wrong person as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information.

We will make every effort to deliver your order within estimated timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control for example, material shortages, travel or transportation disruption, import delays, software or technical failures or higher than anticipated demand. Please note delivery of your order may take longer during sale or other busy periods. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any delivery charges unless your item exceeds an additional 14 days of the original time period.
